Real estate developer Signature Global will invest Rs 2,200 crore over the next five years to develop a new luxury residential project in Gurugram, Haryana. This is part of the firm's expansion plan, and the investment will be funded through internal accruals and advances from customers.
The new housing project, whisch has been launched is located in Sector 37D, Gurugram on Dwarka Expressway, with a total of 1,008 units. Further, it has already sold the entire 1,008 luxury flats for over Rs 3,600 crore. With 5,400 expressions of interest (EoIs) received from customers in this new 16.5-acre housing project 'DE LUXE-DXP', the company expects to deliver the project in 2028.
The company, through its projects, aims to fulfil the demands of the new age lifestyle, as modern-day consumers look for a mix of features, amenities, space, and affordability. The sale bookings have crossed Rs 6,700 crore so far in this financial year.
Signature Global is mainly into mid-income and affordable housing segments. It is developing a 16.9 million sq. ft. area and also has a future pipeline of 28.4 million sq. ft. of saleable area.
